Right of Withdrawal

Booking a flight, consumers have no right to withdraw from their booking. The 14 days withdrawal right for online purchases does not apply to flight, hotel or holiday bookings.

Refunds

In case the customer cancels a flight, hotel or holiday package booking, the refund applies according to the chosen fare class or booking class. Please note that most bookings are non-refundable. We strongly advise to buy a seperate travel or cancellation insurance

Information Requirements

Before consumers are bound by a contract, we provide them with the following information in a clear and comprehensible manner:

• The flight times and luggage allowance.
• The airline code and flight number.
• The total price of the travel services inclusive of taxes.
• The payment options.
• The rules for cancellations and date changes.
